Bubenzer Mark Bubenzer has been practicing criminal law for more than 25 years, including 15 years as a criminal defense attorney. Mr. Bubenzer served as a prosecutor for 4 years in Covington, where he prosecuted DUI and traffic offenses. From 1988-1992, he served as Director of the Kentucky Crime Commission. Since opening his office in Frankfort, Mr. Bubenzer has represented persons accused of offenses ranging from traffic offenses to murder.
